Coronavirus Updates

In an effort to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) and to protect the health of our members and employees, all branch lobbies are closed to foot traffic. We will be available to assist members with specific or unique needs, by appointment only, based on our available resources. In Stayton, we will continue to operate our Drive-Up teller, during normal business hours.
Members are encouraged to take advantage of the other services we offer that allow you convenient access to your accounts and physical cash:
  • Online Banking – Check balances, make payments, pay bills, and transfer funds from the comfort of your home, 24 hours a day.
  • Mobile Banking – Easy to make deposits, as well as check balances, make payments and transfer funds, 24 hours a day.
  • ATMs – Get the cash you need at our locations or through the fee free Co-Op ATM network. You can locate nearby ATMs by using our mobile app or texting your location (address, intersection, or zip code) to 91989.
  • Night Drop 
You can also still reach us by calling 866.236.6968, via email memberservice@nwpreferredfcu.com, or using the messaging feature in online banking.
Special Loan Assistance
We know some of you may be experiencing unexpected financial challenges, particularly when it comes to making payments on your loans. For this reason, we are waving Skip-A-Payment fees, for eligible members, for the next four (4) months. Members will be allowed:
  • Two (2) free skips on any non-real estate or Visa credit card loan. Members can request one additional skip for a non-real estate loan in 2020 at our standard fee.
  • One (1) free skip on any real estate loan held at NW Preferred.
Skips may be requested by completing and returning our Skip-A-Payment form found here. Or you can request a COVID-19 Relief skip via secure messaging in online banking – and skip filling out the form!
Staying Healthy
During this difficult time, the health and safety of our employees, members and communities are our highest priorities. If you are not feeling well or believe you may have been exposed to the coronavirus, please contact us and we will do what we can to help accommodate your needs. We do not want to unnecessarily risk exposing others.
We realize these may represent a hardship for some, but for the well-being of everyone, we believe this action is necessary at this time. NW Preferred is monitoring events closely, and we will keep you informed of any developments.

After Monday, we will be available to assist members with specific or unique needs, by appointment only, based on our available resources.

Remember you can easily access your NW Preferred accounts, 24 hours a day, via online or mobile banking. You can also locate nearby ATMs by using our mobile app or texting your location (address, intersection, or zip code) to 91989.
