Support Service Representative (Portland)
We are seeking a support services representative to join our support team.
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Based On Experience
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide exemplary service.
- Process ACH, Share Draft and Remote Deposit Capture exception items.
- Assist in the daily function of the Visa credit and debit card programs as well as the administration of the IRA and HSA programs.
- Maintain knowledge of the features and benefits of credit union services and products to successfully cross-sell to reach organizational goals and benefit members.

- Able to portray passion, enthusiasm, confidence and a high level of professionalism in all community, member and co-worker interactions;
- Able to evaluate and solve problems with minimum assistance
